At Exodus Hosting, we require that all accounts are updated with valid billing information. Invalid account details including, but not limited to your full name and resedential address may lead to account removal and instant termination of any services on your account. These guidelines help prevent fraudulent activity and use of our services.

- Clients are required to provide their full, First and Last name as shown on their form of payment (PayPal, Debit/Credit Card).

- Clients must provide a proper resedential address on their account, which includes street number, street name, city, state, and postal code. We do not allow or accept business addresses unless otherwise stated before ordering.

Failure to provide correct information may result in account termination without notice. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please send open a billing ticket in your client area.
